Traveling with small children is bit difficult task. I have always limited it. But problems can be avoided if we make lists for necessary things and just take care of some simple things like accommodation, food etc. I like your tips and suggestions. Thanks for writing all the stuff about travel.
Your welcome Peter.
I hope the tips will stop you avoiding travelling with little ones and get out there and explore the world with them. It is so entertaining watching them see new things.

Wow, great blog. Thanks guys.
I’ve been traveling with my daughters (ranging from 8 yrs to 1 yr) 3 times domestic driving and flying overseas. Experience was great as a whole family. Apart of small things that can happen to every traveler.
Our last was only 2 weeks ago. It was going great till the time we were returning on Emirates to Sydney. My older daughter got vomiting and diarrhea on-board. It was a bad experience for her in addition to mom and myself. The airlines crew response during the flight was really bad.
Only the other day I was discussing this with a Mum in my son’s class no matter which airline it is (full-service or budget) you can get a great flight crew or a bad flight crew.
The thing is when you have a problem like a sick child and a bad crew it makes for a terrible flight and you tell everyone. Not good for Emirates word of mouth advertising in this case.
This festive season we have stayed at home and had a staycation.
Just because you husband can’t get away from work and the costs to travel abroad can be high doesn’t mean you can make use of what is in your own backyard.
