Gosh, in only a few short weeks it will be Christmas.
To add to our family’s Christmas enthusiasm we have discovered Santa’s Christmas Carnival held in Perth at the Claremont Showgrounds on 11 December 2016. Our tickets are ordered and once inside Santa’s Christmas Carnival all the rides and activities are included.

What we expect to see and do at Santa’s Christmas Carnival
Activities
To start with there will be over 12 different activities on offer including: trampolines, rock climbing walls, balloon artists, face painting, tractor trains, a games vault and more.

Animal Attractions
Whenever we visit a carnival we always have to stop at the petting zoo. But there’ll be: pony rides, camel rides, and reptiles as well.

Petting Zoo
Family Entertainment
When we need some down time there will be lots of different shows scheduled including: Zap Circus (these guys are really entertaining we saw them at Rottnest Carnivale), Scitech exhibitions, Freestyle Motorcross, and the WA Police pipe band.

Zap Circus
Kids Carnival
The littlies love their show rides just as much as the big kids so there will be lots of show rides for the younger kids available like: the tea cups, bouncy castles, mini ferris wheel, mini helicopters (my son’s favourite) and loads more.

Mini Helicopter Ride
Thrill Rides
However for those of you (not me, my stomach doesn’t like it 😉 ) who want more thrills and spills there will be: Wave Swinger, Ranger, Nitro, Tumbler and Orbitor. Though I might be able to cope with the: Dodgem cars, Ghost Train and Galaxy Maze. Plus heaps more I haven’t even listed.

Water Playground
Spending all day out in the sun is going to get hot. So in the day bag pack (along with water and sunscreen), add some swimming clothes or a set of dry clothes so the kids can have fun in the water playground. There are over 15 different inflatable water attractions.
Santa’s Village
Of course the absolute highlight of a Santa’s Christmas Carnival has got be meeting Santa. Inside Santa’s Village there will be: Christmas trees, snow falling (no small feat when it’s 30ºC+ outside) and this year a snow slide.
