Essential Toiletries to Pack 28

When packing toiletries for travel there are endless items that you can include.

But what are the must have items you need to take no matter what type of travel you are about to embark upon?

These are my top 5 essential toiletries to pack when you travel.

5 Top Toiletries to Pack

It doesn’t matter if you are embarking on a family holiday, backpacking, staying in a luxury resort or camping; you will want these five items to have you looking and feeling fresh.

When you travel you end up in confined places like planes, cars, buses etc.  There is nothing worse than being stuck next to somebody with bad body odour.  So don’t be the person that everyone is glaring at.

Toothbrush and Toothpaste

Bad breath is nearly as bad as bad body odour, keep those pearly whites looking bright and shiny.

Shaving Gear

Male or female we all need to shave unwanted hair.

Men you have that clean breath so keep that stubble at bay – you never know how much affection you may receive.  And girls if those legs haven’t been attended to – well that kiss ain’t going to get you anywhere.

Shampoo and Conditioner

When you travel you end up being quite active: swimming, skiing, hiking etc.  Not to mention that after a few days your hair just gets limp and oily.

Whilst many hotels do provide shampoo and conditioner, they are not the best quality and may strip your hair of nutrients.  So pack some small bottles of your favourite shampoo and conditioner.  If your worried about space buy empty small containers from the supermarket (found in the toiletry isle) and create your own travel set.

Hair Brush and Comb

Finally at the very least you will want to run a brush or comb through your hair to prevent it being knotted and looking like a bird’s nest (unless of course that was the look you were going for 🙂 )

This has been my first infographic I would love to hear what you think.
